The challenge
Guests could not see rooms, rates or amenities without calling. Every enquiry consumed staff time, and travellers defaulted to aggregator sites that charged commission on each stay.
What we built
We designed a warm, high-contrast hotel experience: photographed room listings with clear rates and amenities, a direct booking and enquiry flow, and location, contact and policy details surfaced exactly where guests look for them.
The outcome
